ObtenLoginAs

ObtenLoginAs (1) por Usuario, Aplicacion y Proyecto. Recibe usuarioAs, usuario nuevo, un grupoSucursal, un grupoAgencia y perfil, la IP de origen, la aplicación y el proyecto de trabajo. Verifica que el usuarioAs tenga permiso especial para accesar al metodo, verifica existencia de usuario nuevo, se actualiza o crea segun sea el caso. Devuelve un objeto de la clase IDTicket conteniendo la información resultante del intento de login. El ticket deberá manejarse en cualquier otro método de acceso al servicio. Respuesta correcta: GSTR_RESPUESTA_OK_DEFAULT (0)
